By creating an account or using Kazar (the “App”), operated by CyphrX (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You confirm that the information you provide is true and that your profile and photos are your own.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login (phone number and OTP) secure. We verify profiles via a selfie check; misrepresenting your identity or age, or using another person’s photos, is prohibited and may lead to removal.
You agree not to harass, abuse, threaten, or defraud other members; not to post unlawful, obscene, or hateful content; and not to use the App for solicitation, advertising, or any commercial purpose. Sharing contact details to move conversations off-platform before a match may be restricted to protect members.
Browsing and matching are free. An optional paid monthly membership unlocks higher daily limits and a free Auto Match. Messaging and Auto Match may also be offered as separate in-app purchases. Prices are shown in your local currency based on your region. All payments are processed securely by the Apple App Store (on iOS) or Google Play (on Android) — we never see or store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.
You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant us a licence to display it within the App to operate the service. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You can report any member from their profile or chat, and block them at any time; reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours, including removing content and ejecting offending users. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, fake, or unsafe.
Kazar helps you meet people but does not conduct criminal background checks. Always use your own judgement, meet in public places, and never send money to people you meet on the App. You can block and report any member.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyphrX is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App or interactions with other members.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
